Hello! I’m KT (​​kay·​tee) Lamond (lamb·​end) a visual artist and musician from Cape Breton Island and owner of the Halifax-based creative services company—and my phonetic namesake— Lamb End Creative Co.

For the past decade, I’ve balanced a busy touring schedule while working as a T-shaped visual artist specializing in design systems for brands, small businesses, and other creatives. I’ve worked extensively in the music industry as a service provider for artists, organizations, and large events, including ECMA 2024, Ingobeach Pride 2024, and spent four years as the Brand Lead for Music Nova Scotia and their annual festival, Nova Scotia Music Week.

Currently, I am earning a Certification in UX Design from Google while restructuring my portfolio from the past decade working as a visual artist and creative solutions provider.

My Website is currently under construction. In the meantime, I’ve built this temporary space to house my proposal to implement a Design system and Event suite for the 2025 Cape Breton Music Hall of Fame. Let’s get into it.

For the 2025 Cape Breton Hall of Fame, we’ll create a bold, cohesive visual identity that truly reflects the incredible talent this event celebrates. Being from Cape Breton, I’m committed to creating a design system and supporting collateral that does justice to the artists being honoured in this event.

By developing a unified system, we’ll ensure every piece—from posters to digital graphics—feels consistent and professional, elevating the event’s presence both in-person and online. With vibrant, impactful designs, we’ll help the 2025 Hall of Fame stand out and make it an unforgettable celebration for the community.

This proposal outlines a range of services designed to meet the specific needs of your event. I’ve outlined common event collateral you may need, each priced based on time, complexity, and customization.

I know every event is unique, and this modular approach allows you to build a package that fits your budget giving you the flexibility to pick and choose what works best for your project —no more, no less.

    Initial execution of the CBHOF25 design system, including the conceptualization of a cohesive visual identity and creation of the following assets:

    = $720 (includes the development of the design system and initial asset creation).

  • Additional Social Media CTAs

    = $360 (per announcement)

  • Branded Nominee Graphics
    Sharable social assets for nominees in formats:
    - Square Format
    - Instagram Story
    = $480 bundled

  • Printed Design
    Designs for print ads in the local paper, event guides, brochures, posters, and more:
    = $300 per design
    = $120 per page (for multipage layouts)

  • Large Scale Signage
    Examples include pull-up banners, wayfinding signage, onstage visuals, transit shelters, bus wraps, and elevator skins
    = $300 - $720 per design (price varies based on size and complexity)

  • Award Show Slide Deck:
    Custom-designed slides for the award show, including nominee slides, sponsor acknowledgments, etc
    = $600 - $1,000 (pricing reflects the scope and complexity)
